It is a common misconception that all agents do the exact same thing to sell a house…they list it on the local MLS. But I’m here to tell you that is ABSOLUTELY NOT how I operate. I don’t LIST your house; I MARKET your house. I believe in marketing to potential buyers, and not just making it available for their agents. What works for one house or target buyer may not work for another, so here are a few additional ways I may market a listing in order to sell it QUICKLY, and for a MAXIMUM PRICEPOINT!
1. Pay for professional photos to be taken
2. Use those photos to create a captivating video to market the property
3. Engage with prospective buyers in local real estate groups
4. Advertise the property on social media outlets
5. Create an info sheet to list on the MLS detailing all the upgrades and features of the property, highlighting information that isn’t appropriate or doesn’t fit in the MLS property description
6. Place the MLS data sheet as a flyer with the website address and QR code to the available video and property information on my website.
7. Host Open Houses, whether for agents, buyers, or a combination of the two
8. Distribute Coming Soon info sheets to neighbors of your house
Because each property is unique, this is not an exhaustive list of ways that I will market your listing, but demonstrates that I am committed to selling your house by maximizing the number of people who are exposed to it!
